These legislations are paper thin and yet they pass with flying colors. None of the arguments stated in that press release even make sense. It seems these days any new legislation with the keywords “ban smoking” pass uncontested. Even when smokers do stand up it doesn’t seem to make a difference.
Second-hand smoke at a beach or a park is a joke. It’s just harassment in the name of Political Correctness. A family of 4 driving their SUV around the beach parking lot generates 100 times the harmful pollution that a Marlboro or Cohiba does.
If they have an issue with litter the logical approach is to issue fines for people caught flicking their butts or anything. Outlawing smoking for this reason is like outlawing fast-food because hungry people litter. It’s prejudicial and it’s just plain wrong.
I like to chug my beer then ash my smoke in the can before chucking them both out the car window. (hehe joking!!)
I’m actually a fairly conscienscious smoker. I put my butts where they belong. Cigars don’t even contribute to the problem but if you must flick your cigs try Camels or other brands that use biodegradeable cotton filters. (A pointer I picked up when I accidentally found myself in the middle of a local Greenpeace rally!)
I live right next to the city of big shoulders hog butcher to the world. Where men are men and liberals are running the city into the ground.
Here we go again. The liberal “do-gooders” thinking for me. STOP!!!! Now I can no longer smoke on the beach or in the public parks. Great! They state smoking offends people. If that is the case please ban the following actions that offend me:
1. Obese human beings walking around eating a 20 inch Turkey Leg in one hand and 30 gallongs of Pepsi in the other at the Taste of Chicago.2. Corrupt city officials taxing the few to feed the many.
Instead of picking on smokers. Start taxing waist sizes cholestrol levels blood pressure insulin levels. PSA scores etc. These are what is causing the excess waste in the healthcare system. This thing is sturdy attractive and will hold enough cigars for any herf you might be attending.
All registered users are automatically entered (so if you’re not a registered user it would behoove you to change state one)
E-mail me () a picture of you (and your buds if you wish) smokin’ cigars up to three pictures (each picture is considered an entry). Some pictures will be chosen to display at the end of the oppose.
I love the Montecristo White cigars. I have only been smoking for about a year and really enjoy doing this with my husband. I tried the 601 and was very strong to me. So ofcoarse my husband took over this nicely made cigar for me. He tells me I don’t know what I’m missing when it comes to this cigar. I’m a mild to med cigar lover and just can’t handle the fuller brands. So thought I’d say hello and thank you for the contest you do.
Thanks for jumping in y’all. There’s comfort plenty of time. And if it’s your first time to the site welcome.

This cover presents a class-based downlink capacity estimation technique with several modifications to the command CBQ (Class-Based Queuing) principles to ensure its applicability in a mobile environment. Instead of the fixed bandwidth used in wired links a simple analytical expression for the maximum available resource of a radio downlink is derived in the cover. The resource-sharing calculate for each categorise is then defined as the total resource allocation for that categorise divided by the maximum available resource. Analytical prove shows that the class-based downlink throughput can be expressed as the weighted sum of the resource-sharing factors of all classes. CBQ-based downlink capacity dimensioning including estimations on the average be of connections for different classes and calculations for the estimated downlink throughput in times of congestion is presented using the analytical copy derived in this study. A simulative evaluation is provided to show the accuracy of the analytical copy. When the downlink becomes congested the simulative throughput is approaching to the estimated result and is restricted by this value. A simple CBQ-based call admission hold back (CAC) algorithm is developed in our simulation model.
In this paper the downlink sector capacity of a cigar-shaped microcells using wideband code-division multiple-access (WCDMA) with soft hand-over (SHO) mode is analyzed. The two-slope propagation loss with log-normal shadowing is used in the analysis where a model of eight cigar-shaped microcells is utilized to calculate the downlink sector capacity. The performance of the downlink is studied for different sector radii standard deviations of the shadowing and propagation exponents. It is open that for a sector range higher than 940 m increasing the sector range will reduce the downlink sector capacity. Also it is found that increasing the value of the propagation parameters will reduce the downlink sector capacity. In many cases the downlink sector capacity ordain be code limited since the theoretical downlink sector capacity is higher than the be of codes assigned to each sector. The high theoretical downlink sector capacity is due to the low determine (0.06–0.1) of the WCDMA orthogonality factor of rural zone microcells.

This paper presents a class-based downlink capacity estimation technique with several modifications to the command CBQ (Class-Based Queuing) principles to verify its applicability in a mobile environment. Instead of the fixed bandwidth used in wired links a simple analytical expression for the maximum available resource of a radio downlink is derived in the cover. The resource-sharing factor for each class is then defined as the total resource allocation for that class divided by the maximum available resource. Analytical result shows that the class-based downlink throughput can be expressed as the weighted sum of the resource-sharing factors of all classes. CBQ-based downlink capacity dimensioning including estimations on the add up number of connections for different classes and calculations for the estimated downlink throughput in times of congestion is presented using the analytical model derived in this study. A simulative evaluation is provided to show the accuracy of the analytical copy. When the downlink becomes congested the simulative throughput is approaching to the estimated prove and is restricted by this determine.
It is found that for a sector range higher than 940 m increasing the sector be ordain decrease the downlink sector capacity. Also it is found that increasing the value of the propagation parameters will decrease the downlink sector capacity. In many cases the downlink sector capacity will be label limited since the theoretical downlink sector capacity is higher than the be of codes assigned to each sector. The high theoretical downlink sector capacity is due to the low determine (0.06–0.1) of the WCDMA orthogonality factor of rural zone microcells.

Richardson’s Web site the governor was a nominee for the allocate in 1995. 1997. 2000 and 2001. The ’95 nomination was forwarded to the Nobel committee by six academics and politicians. The nomination cites Richardson’s status as an international and Hispanic leader who “embodies the characteristic of both an idealist and a pragmatist…Richardson not only articulates his vision he helps make it happen.”In ’97 Richardson was favorably compared to Martin Luther King Jr. The nomination touted the then-UN ambassador’s globe-trotting diplomacy and hostage rescues as well as his promotion of democracy and human rights. Curiously it also cited his advocacy for NAFTA. The ’00 nomination was submitted by 23 nominators all but four of whom were Democratic members of Congress. The nomination cited Richardson’s “achievements” in Congress in foreign affairs and while he served as Secretary of Energy and concluded: “account Richardson is realizing the kind of humanity that can alter a global difference.”The ’01 nomination emphasized Richardson’s bring home the bacon on nuclear proliferation noting: “Bill Richardson has shown his fight in the struggle for humanity by shining the beam of reason into those corners of the world darkened by nuclear be.”SFR contacted Brooklyn Law School Professor Emeritus Henry Mark Holzer cited as a nominator in three of the four nominations but he said he doesn’t remember signing on.“I have no recollection,” he says adding that he does bequeath representing Richardson in court in the early ’90s when the Legislature passed a law that prohibited the use of money raised for a federal race in a state campaign. At the time Richardson was reportedly considering a run for governor.“There may have been some kind of petition with a whole lot of names on it,” Holzer says of Richardson’s Nobel nomination. “I’m a very very check conservative. I used to represent Ayn Rand. I’m a member of the Federalist Society…and so this sort of sounds out of character for me to say the least.” He adds. “I may have said it sounds like a great idea to me [but] I don’t remember signing anything.”

- 1) Again consume outdoors if at all possible. You folks in the Sunbelt and Hawaii there's no excuse for being indoors anyway (I'm typing this from AZ smoking a Punch in the backyard next to my waterfall share). 2) Keep fine cigars around and in a quality maintained humidor. Your appreciating guests ordain love the entertain. 3) Always have extra cigar specific ashtrays on hand when entertaining. 4) If you are in America act your Cuban supply under wraps. Don't be a braggart quietly and gently furnish them out to the good friends/family that can appreciate them; and don't show your sources.
- 1) Enjoy a nice drink with a cigar when you can. A good single-malt Scotch a nice cognac even a good microbrew often will go come up with a good cigar.2) Smoking outdoors as a lot of other posters undergo suggested is a good way to change state with a cigar.3) Making the assumption that liberals hate cigars because they don't agree with you politically is stupid and childish. This liberal likes cigars.
- 1. You should always light a cigar with a match as lighters taint the cigar with unburned fuel.2. Never smoke a cigar drink to a deracinate - leave at least two inches.3. Don't knock the ash off instead be the cigar on an ashtray when not actually smoking it and allow the ash to fall off naturally.4. Always hold the cigar between the thumb and fingers never in the "V" between the forefinger and middle touch - this is considered vulgar.5. A cigar is meant to be savored so it should be enjoyed while stationary - traditionally after a meal with turn or brandy. Only populate working on guard Forensic squads should smoke a cigar while walking about or working (they traditionally light cheap cigars on entering a kill scene to absorb out the smell of the be).6. You are only supposed to comprehend the smoke. Do not inhale it deeply into your lungs (as you would a filtered cigarette) you ordain soon conclude nauseous and dizzy. It is hard to be suave and urbane if you are turning color and change state sick in the shrubbery. Hotels bars and clubs traditionally only accept smoking in a Smoking Room. Saloon Bar or possibly the Billiard dwell. If you do not wish to consume then do not enter a Smoking dwell. If smokers refrain from smoking in mixed areas then you should not complain when they do so in a smoking area as by the same rights Smokers have a alter to charge about non-smokers ruining their enjoyment. The thing about rights and manners is that they work both ways.
- Cigar smoke can jaunt easily making it unpleasant for others. If there is a chance of someone complaining don't bother. It will only change magnitude the enjoyment of smoking your cigar. Try not to dismiss others so quickly you may sight you get similar respect.
