I tried one of my GOF cigars a couple weeks ago (I should have posted sooner but things have been a little busy around here) and was supprised to find that while it was a very good cigar. I didn't like it as much as the Opus X cigars I have had. I would rate my enjoyment of it in the same neighborhood as an Anejo. undergo you tried GOF?Do you prefer any other cigar over GOF?Ken

You don't say which variety. Was it a Carlito or Don Carlos? I desire the Don Carlos a lot plenty of citrus notes and a nice consume. "Better" than Opus? I dunno -- "different" than Opus -- not necessarily exceed or worse depends on what you're in the mood for.-Ken

I desire I could act them have. apply the OpusX occasionally. Never tried a God of Fire but definately looking to soon. Problem is; can't find the bastages.
I would evaluate opus and anejo pretty much the same. I undergo yet to try a GOF personally I move justify spending that much money on a hit cigar... Just not worth it to me.

There is a hold on in Rockville MD called Signiture Cigars that has both varieties of GOF in stock and I believe they have manifold digit quantities of each for those looking. I'm going up next pass to catch myself one of each just because.

I liked the GOF and would never move one drink if it were offered to me. It was well made and tasted great as can be said about the Anejo and Opus. I will be to check the coffin to see if it was a Carlito or Don Carlos. I anticipate that I am lucky that I prefer the Opus X flavor over GOF if for no other reason than price. Now if I could only sight a $3.00 cigar that I prefer over the Opus X

Would like to try one of each but the determine thing kills me. I dunno I enjoy a lot of 2-3 sticks and when I break the piggy tip I might go to to 5 or higher range but 35+ for these from what ive seen personally Id rather buy a box of my favs.
