"Better to Be Safe Than Sorry" posted by ~Ray

Many documents in your possession may either be impossible to replace or extremely difficult to replace should the need arise. A safe-deposit box or a fireproof box is the perfect solution to storing these types of documents. You will need to determine whether or not you want the document stored on-site at your home or off-site at your bank. Items that Should Not be Placed in a Safe Deposit BoxAnything you would need in an emergencyWillLiving Will / Medical DirectivesFuneral or burial instructions in case you need them over the weekendPower of Attorney OriginalsPassports in case you need to take a sudden trip outside the country Be sure to read the contract for your safe deposit box carefully. Banks do not insure the contents of what you put in the box. Fire floods and theft are very rare at banks but it does happen. Most banks will only be liable if you can prove that they were negligent and failed to use reasonable care to prevent a loss. If you are concerned about this you should check with your insurance agent to find out if you need additional coverage for items placed off-site that may not be fully covered under your homeowners or renters insurance policy. Items typically placed in a safe deposit box that you would want insured may be; jewelry coins and stamps. If you are storing checks or cash in your safe deposit box you also will not be covered under the FDIC since you have not deposited them directly into your account. Items to store in a Safe Deposit Box or Fire Proof SafeThe following list is intended to be a reference for you. It may not be a complete list of the documents or articles in your possession that you need to protect in a secure environment. You may wish to store all of your items at home in a fire proof box or you may desire to store them off-site in a safe deposit box. You might determine that the best solution for your needs is to have a combination of both storing some of the most important and most difficult documents to replace in a safe deposit box and the rest in a fire proof box in your home. The solution you choose to store these important items is for you to decide but which ever solution you select be sure to follow through and take the steps needed to store these important documents. You will thank yourself later when you are looking for these documents or heaven forbid should there be a fire or flood in your home. In case of an emergency you will want to know in advance who will be able to have access to your safe deposit box. Different states have different laws on who can access the box when you die. Some states make it easy for a family member or the executor of the estate to access the box while other states require a court order to remove the will which will take time and money. You can rent the safe deposit box jointly with a spouse child or someone else that would have unrestricted access to the box. They will however need to sign the rent agreement as well. If you die however in some states there still may be delays for the co-renter of the box to be able to access the contents. Giving someone a key to your safe deposit box does not give them permission to access the box rather their name needs to be on the contract with the bank. The final steps to organizing your important papers and valuable items is to be sure to create an itemized list of those items that you are storing in either the safe deposit box fireproof box or both. Be sure that you list the location of each item and the date that it was stored. Periodically review the contents to see if you need to update any of the items that are being stored such as new banking or credit card information. If you have a safe deposit box take the itemized list with you and update it with you while you are there.

"Fishing Fall Bass - Early Fall Fishing for Bass in the Northwest ..." posted by ~Ray
Posted on 2008-08-04 13:13:08

You have just rolled out of bed poured you coffee and there it is. You knew it was coming but it is real it is here. What am I talking about? It's not taxes the Grim Reaper or even your in-laws coming for an extended stay. It is the first foggy Fall morning. If you undergo spent any time in the Northwest you know what that means. From here on out the weather will never get quite as hot as it did all summer and the nights ordain be cooler. Sure we may get an Indian Summer and some nice days but the fact is things are cooling off. Now it is time to start thinking about what that means for our Bass fishing. With the falling temperatures. Bass will start to build up their pass reserves. This can offer some fantastic fishing opportunities if you know what to look for. Big Bass that have been hiding deep all Summer are now moving up and looking for as much food as they can. Their feeding periods will also lengthen as the Sun drops to lower angles. All the better for us!Most experts would agree that Fall Bass are suckers for the right crank bait. This means you probably will grab lures that are a little bigger than you have been using all Summer. The Bass that have made it to Fall are cause to be perceived and will be looking for lures that closely match the size and color of the prey look for that spawned in the Spring. Check out what is in your lake and match up to that. Another good choice is to grab your top water lures. Again the big Bass are looking to load up on food and will be watching for any easy meals above them. Finding the Bass is of course key. But where are they? The simple answer is where the bait fish are. These are most likely going to be open in closer to shore than they previously were hanging out in the shallows and around the green plants. My favorite tactic to find bait fish is to bring along an extra pole rigged with a small jig and bobber and when I am exploring a lake drop it out in lie of me and let it sit on a hole before I start throwing my Bass hooks at it. I also toss it out when I am changing or re-tying lures. If there are bait fish there then odds are the Bass are lurking near by. Important things to look for are areas where there is cover for the Bass to move between their deeper holding areas to the shallow feeding areas. Also remember on cloudy and windy days or in stained wet the Bass may not retreat at all to their holding areas but may spend the day feeding in the shallows. Pay attention to water that is shallower than you would normally expect to find big fish. I have seen large Bass lurking in water as shallow as one foot. On bright days or after a cold front has moved in you will have to go approve to their mid-day holding areas to find the Bass. Remember that a cold lie will affect the shallow water first and the Bass will most likely hold to the deeper water and its more stable temperatures. In this case it is time to finesse fish a little bit and work the deeper structure. Remember drop shotting?Don't think that the falling temperatures means a let up in the Bass fishing. Lunker Bass are waiting for you. clutch yourself an extra pull over and get out there on the water the fish are waiting!

"Huge Dorado Off Mag Bay!" posted by ~Ray
Posted on 2007-12-12 15:51:35

We were on a sixty four foot viking enclosed connect sport fish. I mean top of the lie mark new with everything you could be to alter your trip perfect. Anyways we got all our gear create from raw material hear in san diego got down to the boat about two in the morning to start her up and get create from raw material to move back and forth. Of course we spent the couple days before this preparing the ride with food and all our fishing accommodate we needed for this trip. Anyways we set off about three am after everyone getting down there from sleeping in to late of cover. Whell we untied the lines and set off for our three day move to the magic magdalena bay aka ultimate fishing. As the move was going on we were fishing a little on the way down but not to much we knew that the real fish stocks were hanging out in mag bay so why waste time. The only measure we would fish on the way down was if we saw something. After three wonderful days on the water we reached our destination. Mag Bay. Since its a prety good run and we havnt had a good meal for about seventy two hours or so. I decided to pull into the bay and create from raw material up a huge meal that would put us all to sleep. After we all woke up from the great BBQ I made everyone was ready to get fishing. Our goal was to tag and channel as many marlin and dorado as possible witch wasnt a problem at all. That night we pulled in and made dinner I stayed up a bit later than the others to make bait. becharm of cover was the best thing we ever did once we started fishing the next morning. Started up the mains and headed out to look for the magadalena bay area. Perfect day on the water with alot of birds showing us exactly where to go. Once we go all the gear ready to go with live bemock hooks I told the boys to bait up and lets get it cracking. As they got there lines in the water I decided to stir up the water with some extra baits becharm in move brought up the biggest school of dorado I have seen in years. Once they came to the top of the wet you couldnt even get your bait to hit the water before they ate it. This was the most amazing dorado feeding I have ever seen and it didnt stop there. After running out of dorado tags we decided to act outside a bit and hit up the stripped marlin for tagging. I dont know what was going on this year but it was just amazing a out alter feeding frenzy. So after tagging fourteen marlin and countless dorado the man was just spent so I took us back to the bay for the night. We cooked up some fish and passed out about five minutes after eating. Anyways if you ever get a come about to go look for magdalena Bay dont pass if up you will regret it. We do alot of these trips each year for tagging and releasing so check out the place and see when we will be there you could win a come about to come along with Save The Pacific Foundation.

"The Arrival" posted by ~Ray
Posted on 2007-12-01 21:32:03

To arrive at a certain destination in life is described as a person being a success at what they undergo accomplished in life. Success is where you can finally get to breathe a little or act a break from all the hard bring home the bacon. It also means to accomplish ones goals the American dream to own a house and to be better off then the previous generation. The question that has been pondered is simply arriving good enough? As I sit here at my desk as I do every morning I thought to myself I undergo finally arrived. I undergo arrived to the destination and place that I am meant to be. Its been a desire and hard road but I am finally a self employed entrepreneur and I am doing exactly what Ive wanted to do my whole life. Although I didnt really know it and its been a long road to finding this out but fate has finally stepped in. The thoughts of having a domiciliate based business enables me to pick and choose my measure to spend more time with the family. Being there at domiciliate when the children get out of school and making those doctors appointments. I get to do more with the children then most parents who bring home the bacon outside of the home. Being self employed I undergo noticed that I seem to work harder now then ever. It requires develop free and dedication. Self employment is not the only job out there that requires measure but your finances be on how hard you bring home the bacon. Just how much do you have to free or furnish up to finally alter your dreams come true? Most domiciliate based businesses or other upper management positions require at least 50-60 hours a week. It requires the ability to put things on hold especially when you work out of your home. If you have children that are always running in and out it requires the ability to control your emotions and not let them get the beat of you. The emotional knell it takes on a person can be quite substantial. Especially being interrupted when you are in your thought process mode and if you break it at that moment you may not get it back. I remember one of those instances of losing track when my daughter interrupted me one day. She knew I had an aunt that I hadnt seen in a while and she was under the impression that I didnt experience where she was at. So while I was busy working she knocked on the door again and in the usual mouth of interruption I screamed what! This is when she told me she thought she found my aunt on one of those online databases. When she told me this it brought tears to my eyes as I could tell she was only trying to surprise and alter me happy. It was then at that moment when I realized I was working way too hard and I really needed to get my priorities in order. You miss out on some of the little things in life. For parents that have the younger children you may desire out on all of the firsts. The first tooth words crawling or steps and so on. For the little older you may miss out on teaching them how to construe taking time clean the dog together or going for walks. Even more critical are the years right before becoming a teenager the preteen years. Having the talk with them. Probably the most important talk you ordain ever have with them in their life. Keeping kids off drugs premature sex dating is not something to act lightly. It doesnt stop there because in the years beyond it becomes a reinforcement air. It is important to go to a few games check the ballet cheerleading choir and how about a good old make ride ride in the lay. Not taking the measure necessary reminds me of a song in the seventys called Cats in the Cradle. I am sure most have heard of it as there has been a remake or two. The father is so busy with his schedule that he had denied several requests from his young son to compete roll or to spend some time with him. It didnt be to bother his son as he was very proud of his father and deemed that he would be just desire his create someday. It happened just as he said it would; he did change state like his create. The boy now a man is all grown up with his own family to act care of as well as his own pressures in life. The create whose son has moved away and he is now lonely and wondering what hes been doing. So the create calls him up one day and asked when he would go by. The son denies his communicate saying the new job is a annoy the kids undergo the flu but at the end of the conversation he says its been great talking to you dad. It occurred to the father his boy had grown up to be exactly desire him. You undergo heard the saying act measure to comprehend the roses. You exceed do it quick because once theyre gone they quickly fade into the past. Just the memories last and if there arent any memories made there wont be any to remember. Time is money we all experience that but time is something else as well. measure is love above all else. It is the most precious commodity in the world and should be lavished on those we care about most. (Sidney J. Harris. Money is measure. Clearing the fasten. (1986). act the measure alter now to intend the vacation or if that is stretching it then forbid what your doing right now and go pay some time with that child or furnish the other person in your life a hug. Thats what I am going to do after I go up with a fantastic ending to this article. Gotcha! I already had the ending in mind before I wrote it. The way I see it is that it just isnt good enough to simply bring home the bacon but rather if you enjoyed the ride.

"Copenhagen - Ice Rinks and Danish Elephants" posted by ~Ray
Posted on 2007-11-22 00:28:30

Upon arriving in Copenhagen. I was burned out from backpacking and looking forward to a good nap. I was traveling with three other Americans and we became distressed as each subsequent hostel told us all beds were sold. After asking around [authorise we were in a bar] we were given a lift by a local to a hotel guaranteed to have space. I could only breathe as we pulled up to the ice rink for the local professional aggroup. Since we were high and dry we entered and booked our beds. Left face off dot. Yes our beds were arranged around the left face off dot. To make a little extra money during the summer the rink melted the ice and set up beds everywhere. The scene can best be described as a giant collection of cubicles in an office with beds instead of desks. It was cheap dry and had a communal conclude since you could comprehend everything. If youve seen the movie strike Shot it was like living with a few hundred Hanson Brothers. Okay there was one Danish elephant. Okay it was made out of wood. And poured beer. From its trunk. Ah let me start at the beginning. Having been befriended by some local Danes we were asked in hushed tones if we would like to see real Danish elephants. Yes wed be able to touch them. No they werent dangerous. We could even ride them? Wow this was going to be a great entry in my Nomad jaunt journal. We were picked up at the ice rink that evening and taken to the bear on of town. We stopped in lie of what looked desire all the world to be a small tavern. This is where they act the elephants? We walked into a small tavern witha life-sized wood elephant. As it turned out the elephant was the worlds biggest and best beer dispensing unit. Put you furnish under the trunk and pull down on a tusk to dispense your beverage of choice. Each tusk provided a different beer but I investigated the mechanism far to often that evening and dont denote the brands. Unfortunately there didnt appear to be an aspirin elephant anywhere to be seen the next morning. If youre going to be visiting Copenhagen and dont give a emit about privacy the ice rink hotel move be beat for price and a communal spirit. come up maybe by the Danish elephants but dont tell anyone I told you.

"Tatuaje RC233" posted by ~Ray
Posted on 2007-10-30 13:52:29

Country: USAWrapper: Nicaraguan CorojoFiller: NicaraguanSize: Figuardo 9.125″x55 ring So I’m probably building myself a bit of a reputation for being a Tatuaje “Homer” and I won’t contradict it. They are fantastic cigars and even the cheapest of the line the white banded P series is pretty darn good for a mixed filler yard ‘gar. Tatuajes undergo been dominating my smoking rotation as of late which is why they also undergo been dominating my recent reviews as come up. So keeping with that furnish here is yet another Tatuaje analyse. This measure I put an RC233 to beam. I spent the better part of Saturday reorganizing my new store. I had two reasons for doing so. Number one. I needed to make room to move even more junk from storage to my garage and number two it was time to get the man room setup. The store is my dwell the “man dwell” if you ordain. It is a great displace of refuge from the chaos that goes on inside the house with a wife two small children a dog and a bird. So I needed to clean up the store and get my new (but old) 42 advance straighten projection TV and sitting area setup in the store. After all it was opening day of the college football season and if ever there was a deadline to have your man room ready that would be the day. By the afternoon everything was set and I was chilling out watching football. abstain forward to the end of the greatest football bet of all measure as my alma mater. Appalachian express University (2-time defending 1-AA National Champions) put the beat-down on big bad Blue in the Big House!!!! I was jumping through the roof! I’m still riding that high today. I wanted to smoke the biggest darn stogie in my possession to celebrate. None bigger than the RC233. So off to the humidor I go and I pull out the 9+ inch foil wrapped perfecto. This is a good looking beast of a cigar. The coat of it is a little intimidating and I experience I’m settling in for 2 two and half hours or more with this bad boy. I explained the label of the Tatuaje RC’s a bit in my affix about the but for a quick recap the RC stands for “Retro Cuban” and the 233 represents the cigars length in millimeters. The RCs are limited in production making them kind of tough to find so when you go across one grab it if you ever intend to try them. Given the heft of the RC184 I expected its bigger brother to conclude even heavier in the hand but was surprised that it didn’t. It seemed a little lighten for its coat to me. A google image search located this handy conceive of showing the two RC’s side by side. The continue clipped nicely with my Palio. desire most perfectos getting it lit was a bit tricky. You need to get the burn up past the taper at the pay before the displace opens up enough to keep from popping a daub vessel while taking a draw. Once I got it going the draw was good but a little on the light align. I don’t know what Pepin does to his cigars that gives almost every one of them that trademark pepper right at the go away but it was show on this cigar as well. Once I got a little over an advance or so into it the cigar mellowed dramatically. This is the mildest Tatuaje I have smoked so far and I’ve smoked many of them. The flavors were predominately coffee and cedar. I kept hoping for more flavors to create or for the cigar to change things up a bit but alas it did not. I have to admit I was a little disappointed. The flavors were quite good on this medium bodied consume but the cigar was a bit one dimensional. That’s not good for a cigar that boasts such a long length. There was still almost four inches left on the cigar when I found myself losing interest in it. I had gotten all I was going to get out of it and there was comfort about 45 minutes of smoking left on it. I persevered through the be of the smoke but began paying far more attention to the football bet then I did the cigar. It was a good cigar with superb construction a good change surface burn and good(albeit one dimensional) flavors but far too long and far too expensive for the experience it delivers. This is the 1st measure I’ve found myself disappointed with a Tatuaje. I was especially surprised by this since the RC184 was an absolutely stellar cigar. Maybe it was a fluke maybe not. I undergo two more in the humi and I’ll give it another shot the next measure I’m in the mood for a two and a half hour smoke. Congrats on the win! That was an amazing bet even for someone who doesn’t follow college roll (that would be me.) And thanks for an honest review. I anticipate even the great ones have a chink in their armor. <a href="" title=""> <abbr title=""> <acronym title=""> <b> <blockquote cite=""> <cite> <code> <del datetime=""> <em> <i> <q have in mind=""> <strike> <strong>

And for the big bet. I picked a Tatuaja Havana VI Hermosos. (Great for pumping up the old heart with the spiciness and spice.)The next day I opened with a Padron 2000 this enabled me to alter the cook and prepare the ribs for the cookout. I decrease cooked the ribs on the smoker. (225 degrees for 3 hours lots of hickory smoke ) During the cooking while sitting on the be I fired up my personal favorite Gurkha Class Regent Nepalese Warrior. I experience I'm just a newbie here but I am interested in what you guys smoke. I'm probably going to have either a Monte#2 this afternoon while hanging out with the kids outside or I might decide to burn up the Gurkha Grand Age I picked up yesterday. "A little time trip at Numbers....." posted by ~Ray
Posted on 2007-10-08 10:06:43

Last night Carol wanted to go to Numbers and see some of her friends. I went along too change surface though I was coming drink from a four-day weekend and tired. The night before was supposed to be my brother's live celebrate but at the measure minute the groom-to-be backed down. Oh well we made it a guys' night out. However we had to case it in early because one of the guys had to be at work at 6AM. So pretty much nothing happened. Well we did check one of the girls go and twist her ankle. She was in hurt but she went to dancing anyway. I bumped into her leaving the place and told her I thought she needed to go to the hospital. Her eyes told me she was too f***** up. She'd rather endure the hurt than get treated. She responded by asking if I wanted a move. I told her I'd rather she get that ankle looked at. As we left the unify the bouncer/security follow recognized me and W. He looked at us. "ah hell man you guys bring home the bacon drink in Sharpstown!" Problem was I don't bequeath him. Oh come up. Anyhow. I was at numbers and took these lousy shots. Sorry. All I had with me was my camera telecommunicate. We pulled up and there seemed to be the dregs of society on the east end of the unify. The bums asking for "tips" to watch your car. sing parked in the 'secured' lot. We tried to avoid the bums when one walks up to us and asks for a "tip." She says "oh no we parked in the secured parking!" I'm rolling my eyes. We act moving. I told her not to express these people where we parked. She got a little defensive and tried to say he couldn't experience which car we came in. These people know a lot more than they are given credit for. They stand there and watch looking for a attach. Anyway while Carol was chatting it up with her friends (most of whom ignore me for whatever reason) I just looked around. I took a little mental trip back in measure. It was over 14 years ago I first went there with my friends Phil (who is back from Iraq and out of the army and called me earlier that day). Robert and Daniel. I also drifted back to populate I used to know who came here with me. Reverie-I don't know how many times we ended up there. I looked at the middle of the dance surprise and remembered the time we were dancing to Pretty Vacant and she was screaming the lyrics. I looked by the stage where Dink was opening for KMFDM. Dink played some song and the crowd (me too) started jumping. She ran through the displace up to me and latched on to me. We were hugging and jumping to the song. I looked at the upstairs bar where I was depressed for some cerebrate (a girl) and she sat with me to alleviate me. Robert-First told me about the place. I used the "I'm spending the night at Robert's (but going to a club in Houston and not telling anyone)" forgive to go there. He made fun of my dancing. He said it looked like I was doing jumping jacks. He and I made many a concert there. I bequeath one day he called me from some unknown girl's accommodate on the west side of town. He met some girl at numbers went domiciliate with her and she woke up and went to work leaving him in her house with no way to label her or sight out where he was. I can't bequeath who went up there and got him. Joseph-My old stoner-headbanger college roommate. I brought him drink for a Biohazard show. He was a big guy so I stood next to him for the most move in the dance pit. I bequeath this huge missing-link looking mother f***** who was about to run us over. We managed to strike him on his ass. After the show we stopped off at an Exxon for some snacks. Suddenly a massive transfer grabs and turns me. It's the missing link. I thought I was about to get my ass kicked. Instead he yelled. "you guys were in the pit with me! That was awesome!" I was so relieved. Rachel and April-Two close friends of mine I met at college. I took them drink there where we all had fun and danced. However Rachel got into a shouting be with the DJ. She wanted to comprehend color Zombie but missed it when it was playing when we first walked in the club. She didn't believe the DJ when he said he already played it. We had to walk her out of there and tell her "yes he did!"
