Now I have two coolerdors and I've had my cigars resting for almost 2 months in them and I've been able to keep my paws off the smokes - I'm smoking strictly out of my humidor for now. My hope is to be able to age quite a few of them and assign them to my humi when I end they're "create from raw material". And last but not least you will save money by buying online and storing them in your own humi.

I'm about to end my first year of cigar enjoying and I've construe or heard that some smokers prefer to undergo their stogies placed in their humidor a minimum of "X" amount of months before they enjoy it? So far I ahevn't really placed my stogies in a humidor before I consume them. Is it recommended? How long? Does the time in the hold on humidor you purchased them from have any determine? With Non-Cubans. I want them in my humidor long enough for them to be at the RH I prefer them at after being in the send for a few days or coming from a B&M which may keep their RH higher or lower than I prefer. I like to put them in the humi 10-14 days before smoking them. The same would hold adjust with Cubans with the difference for me being I generally like them with age.. and many change magnitude in merchandise value with age although years rather than months being the standard. I evaluate it's a be of preference and how you desire your smokes. Each consume is different and the fun of cigar smoking is judging the differences from month/month and eventually year/year. I be some advice on how to get the temp alter. I put one of those 70% gel bottles in made by xikar until I get distilled water for my half lb's beads. The big problem I undergo with my coolidor the humidty is allways higher then 70 and its always to hot. Its just to hot in the room. bring up __________________"Why pay $100 on a therapy session when you can spend $25 on a cigar? And I jack say "OH YES" How hot is 'not hot in the room'?I recommend you relocate the humidor to the basement.. or to the closet or to some place that doesnt get any sunlight.
