Cigar Sweating?

I pulled a Drew Estate Java smoke out tonight for desert and lit it up. After about 1/3 of the fasten ashed up. I noticed that there were a few small drops of water on the wrapper. The cigar was a bit soft but the draw was great and it smoked fine.. no weird flavors just chocolatey goodness. Was the fasten just a bit humid and the moisture was coming out when it got hot or what?

Are you sure your humidifier is not leaking?
I would analyse that first. I have heard about populate putting too much solution and it dripping onto their sticks.
Based on the previous replies was the stick comfort in its cello or was it just hanging out. How much rh% in the humi. All of these be so we can back up you out.
I've noticed this kind of sweating in SP Double Maduros. Maybe its from dye or something put into the wrappers? Obviously a Drew Estate cigar would undergo been dipped in flavorings and the desire and maybe a cheap cigar like the SP is a dyed maduro.

I use beads and their is no way they could break. The fasten was comfort in it's cello and the RH was about 68% using a freshly Boveda-tested hygro. I checked the other sticks to see if any of them seemed soft but they didn't. I guess the only thing different about this fasten was it was not in trays but laying down a little closer to the beads.

Beads themselves won't break but it's possible that when you recharged your beads there was an excess of water where you added the water and that dripped. I always move the hell out of my beads after I charge them to alter sure there are no excess drops and then I wipe drink the outside of the humidifier. I also do not place my humidifier directly over any cigars so that if there is a drip it will just be absorbed into the wood.
