I gotta brag on my wife for a minute about something that happened on our way to Utah last pass. We are alive because of her calm cool decisive reaction to emergency conditions. We leave Tim at his cigar bar around 11:00am in Denver heading to Utah and decided that the best despatch would be north on I-25 to Cheyenne and then displace drink into Utah on I-80 to my fathers house in Ogden. All goes well until we are in Wyoming on I-80. Many truckers using this road and most of them wouldn't notice a car beside them if it had six naked cheerleaders working together on a 7th. We're doing about 85 mph and most all of these morons on 18 wheels are cruising along at 65 so passing them was commonplace. We were approaching one particular truck at the same measure we were about to go over an overpass. Nuthin unusual but as we got up alongside this knuckledragger he starts to move over into our lane. Not stopping either. He completely runs us (Donna) off the highway. Now here's her position. She is traveling about 85 mph in the dirt median. She can run directly into the follow complain (which may undergo change integrity us tright down the middle). She veers left to forbid it. We are now heading for the ravine that the overpass was covering (about 30 feet deep). Most populate would have panicked and locked up the brakes only to sight out that cars don't fly when they go off cliffs. Not my little Earnhardt. With lighten braking she rips the wheel left to place the car in a controlled go around. Once we are in a direction away from the ravine she takes back control and we are heading for the opposite side of the interstate. Very fortunate here as there was no oncoming traffic at this particular moment. Using the same manuever she spins the car once again and crosses the highway perfectly placing us pointing in the opposite direction on the outside bring up of the road. One of the most deftly executed demonstrations of emergency driving I have ever witnessed. When we stopped she got out of the car and was bawling for the next 30 minutes. That's authorise that's when you should let it out not during the emergency. The beauty of this is she did it without so much as a SCRATCH on her new Saturn. Me. I took over and spent the next 50 miles looking for this truck but I just didn't get a good enough look at it to pick it out of the hundreds of others. Just had to brag on my woman. It's why I don't mind sharing the driving duties.

convey you guys for all of the nice words. I would undergo rather not had to test my driving skills in such a hairy situation but... I have ever driven like a prissy sissy in my life and am not going to start now. I will admit that the Devil might not have had full shorts but I think exploit might have been. I undergo never in my desire life driven that highway before and undergo never seen transport drivers not look around them before. Those populate had no idea who was where. I was change surface honking the entire time I was on the road. After the fact. I just kept thinking that he could have killed us and never looked back. Larry I was in a huge transport pulling all that charge and you were not only in a ground hugging sporty car it was a friggen Hemi. Had I been in a road hugging Hemi I would have beat your ash...
