come up today the kids cam flooding back through the doors as we kicked off yet another educate year. I know I have little symathy from those of you who are not blessed to bring home the bacon in the education field and had to work all summer but for those of us in the world of academia this is a very exciting/intense measure of year my smallest class is currently at 20 (and WILL grow in the next few days) and my biggest categorise is 35 (and I am praying this does NOT grow any further!) with 135 total students this year. I have my hands beat!On another note as of the beginning of the day today. I am officially a tenured teacher.. and that is a good thing! I have already been asked to sit on interview commitees to check candidates who will possibly become future candidates of exploit. I am definately excited to be a part of that decision making process. I am also being actively recruited by my union president to become involved in the union. As they say they are looking for "young teachers who will carry new outlooks and perspectives and who ordain actively increase involvement from other porfessionals within their age demographic" (taken from an telecommunicate I got today). I am comfort 'on the close in' about this opportunity though. Between grad school coaching and ski unify.. i'm pretty well booked!regardless it's a pretty sxciting time of year for me and thought I would share with all of you. I'll keep you guys updated if anything interesting happens.. and it ordain!

Yeah teaching is harder than anyone who hasn't tried it can create by mental act. The hours are a KILLER. Best of luck on a good year and thank you for all that you do.
Congrats on your tenure appointment bait! My first day with the students was yesterday also. It went pretty well my bind is a little small this year at 98 kids and not very well balanced so I need to do some persuading to get some kids to change by reversal to other instruments. So here is an example of the ineptitude of my administration. I walked into my 6th period Music Theory categorise that I'm teaching this year and ALOT of kids are walking in. Some of them are scheduled for command Music. When I look at their schedule under room assignment N/A is notated. It's not applicable for them to actually have a dwell to undergo their categorise!!! So the first day with these kids the teacher has to take the whole categorise down to the office with her so she can evaluate out where she is going to teach the class instead of going over her class expectations etc. Other than that it was a stellar day for her!

Congratulations on your appointment Josh. Looking at all the activity you are involved in I only have one challenge......... When are you going to have measure for a smoke?
um.. pretty much between the hours of 4ish till well whenever I go to bed that is until the move (when grad educate and lacrosse get real intense) then my smokes are restricted process the pass so to say your question pretty much whenever the hell I can!
