Girls, Girls, Girls

That fencing scene is SO GREAT! I’m sort of embarrassingly obsessed with it! That could be because I had a press on Zorro when I was nine but let’s not talk about that. Let’s not even talk about the awful Zorro sequel though. Because once you take the sex out of Zorro you take the awesome out of Zorro. But anyway. I desire I were that hot. I wish I had amazing curves and very buoyant hair and looked kind of ethnically ambiguous. I’m way jealous.
characters of all time. If there was a show just about her. I’d watch it all the freaking time. She has all the sex appeal mystery and seduction knowledge of Inara but with a bit more edge and attitude. When she first infiltrates the ship she plays a virgin who almost succeeds in seducing Mal with her articulate nakedness. But it’s not until her adjust con artist’s identity is revealed that she becomes hot. I love conniving bitches and a woman who marries men for financial gain is definitely sexy. YoSaffBridge is made of awesome especially because she’s able to con the crew into taking her aboard again for a complicated heist involving one of her numerous husbands. Even though she ends up stranded in the desert in a trash container. I have no doubt that she will rise again and use her brains and boobs to get what she wants.
There’s nothing I love more than a woman with a secret identity. Especially if she has a secret identity that involves copious amounts of leather. This is one of those movies that I’m not ashamed to love but am slightly awkwarded out by knowing that other people think of me when they watch them. When it came out five people contacted me and informed me I’d like it. “Diane! There’s secret identities! And sexual tension! And violence! You will love it!” they said. I’m both horrified and amused that people cerebrate that particular trifecta with me. One of the reasons I love Angelina in this movie is not only because she’s a hilarious blend of Stepford Wife and James Bond but because she’s a participant in what is probably one of the greatest “I hate you! Let’s alter out!” moments in film history. That shoot-out in their house where one second they’re punching each other and the next they’re getting it on? HOT.
Faith makes her debut in season three as the sexier/gothier/white trashier version of Sunnydale’s fave slayer. She causes widespread panic and mayhem wherever she goes forcing the show’s costumers to put Buffy in bad pastel “good girl” outfits for classic good/evil contrast purposes. What they don’t realize is Buffy and Faith’s antagonism friendship and rivalry make for some of the
Let’s not even talk about the episode “Bad Girls,” where she draws the heart on the window outside Buffy’s classroom when convincing her to skip school and go be badass. The best part for me personally about Faith is her extremely awful late 90s clothes. Especially her assortment of Worse Than Normal (p)leather pants. (As a sidenote. I used to have some pleather clothing approve in 8th grade. In fact there are several outfits Faith has that um. I’m pretty sure I either owned or would have liked to own.) Yep even in 8th grade she was a girl after my own heart. Also. Faith would totally. And that is why I love her.
I have to confess that I didn’t really get her attractiveness. She’s cute in person but it’s not until you see her portray the ultimate kick-ass woman on the show that her true sexiness appears. What can I say? I’ve been converted! Kara is the ultimate in hotness. Not only is she incredibly cocky and badass she’s got enough Issues to keep us guessing about her character for years and enough charm to make us not care about her issues and still want to frak her anyway. I don’t care if she turns out to be a Cylon. I love her just the same. From her cigar-smoking triad-playing slightly alcoholic almost-getting-herself-killed-each-week attitude to her awesome aviator sunglasses complicated hate/sex relationship with Lee Adama and ability to alter even tank tops look sexy there’s nothing about this woman I don’t love.
